What are your standard shipping costs?

Triple Eight ships all orders UPS Ground and charges a flat fee of $10.00 shipping for orders up to $50.00, $15.00 shipping for orders $50.00 – $100.00, and provides free shipping for all orders over $100.00 to ship anywhere in the continental United States.

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order through our website, Triple Eight will send you an email with your order details, your order confirmation number and your UPS Ground tracking number. You can then track the status of your order online on the UPS site. Please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com should you need any additional information concerning your order.

Are there various shipping options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option – UPS Ground. If you need your shipment expedited faster than UPS Ground or need something shipped outside of the continental United States, please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com.

How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground and shipping times can range from 1 to 6 days based on your location. Orders are normally shipped out the next business day but please allow up to 3 business days for credit card authorization, order processing, and packing. Once it leaves the warehouse, shipping times can range from 1 to 6 business days based on your location. Packages are shipped from New York area. See map below for estimated transit times.

Do you accept international shipping addresses?
Triple Eight currently only ships to addresses in the continental United States. In addition, we’re unable to ship to APO addresses or PO boxes. Should you have any questions regarding obtaining our product internationally, please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Returns / Warranties

What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.triple8.com? Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from www.triple8.com, you may return the merchandise.  Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Items that are opened or damaged, do not have a receipt or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied a refund or exchange.  ALL items sent back to Triple Eight MUST have an authorized RA#.  Please contact Triple Eight Customer Service at info@triple8.com to receive your authorized RA#.  In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the warehouse receives the item.   You may also request a refund in the form of a store credit.

Returns after 90 days from the date of purchase will only be issued a store credit.  While we do not cover the shipping cost for items that are being returned for personal preference, we will gladly cover the shipping for any item that is defective or does not properly withstand normal wear and tear (Warrantied 90 days for pads and gloves, and 180 days for helmets).

What if an item I purchased directly from www.triple8.com is defective?
If you receive a defective or have a broken item, please contact us immediately at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com and we will process your return and/or exchange. In order to process your return and/or exchange, you must email us your order number at info@triple8.com to receive a Return Authorization and Ship To instructions PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK. Triple Eight will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective item and ship this item to you as quickly as possible.

What if an item I purchased directly from www.triple8.com breaks?
If an item breaks within 90 days for pads and gloves or within 180 days for helmets, please contact us immediately at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.

What if an item I purchased from a Triple Eight retailer is defective or breaks?
For items you purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our product from and they will assist you. If the retailer is unable to help, please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com to review how we can assist.

I returned my item. When can I expect my refund to be processed?
Triple Eight makes every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.
