ABOUT NICK

Nick brings a mix of classic bowl skating with a dash of other-worldly tricks, tracks, and builds.

His journey began 30 years ago as a hockey goalie. Transitioning from the rink to the track, he spent 8 years coaching roller derby in Northern California before finding his true passion at the skatepark.

A globally recognized skate educator and advocate for the growth of the sport, Nick’s impact on roller skating is felt from Woodward and RollerCon to international clinics in Australia, Greece, Argentina, and Barcelona. When he isn’t coaching, he is fueling the culture through his own brand, Huck Skate Supply. Whether he’s drop-in coaching on the vert, or shredding his local spots, Nick’s living life on 8 wheels any chance he gets, even if it’s offroading in the desert on custom big-wheel quad skates with a wind sail (yes he did that).
