I am a contractor and have been looking for a set of knee pads that I can wear all day. The kind that are sold in the big box stores aren’t really good for all day wear. Then I remembered my Triple eight’s that I had when I was a younger man and used to roller blade. Sadly I let them go with the skates but was super stoked when I saw that they make this updated version. I can wear them under pants or with shorts and keep them on all day so anytime I have to drop to a knee or both (which you do all day on the job!) I don’t have to go get pads they’re already on. I love them! They stay in place, they’re comfortable and the material and construction are top notch. I’m positive that they would protect you from a fall doing active sports like riding, skating or boarding but they also fill the need for me as a contractor as well. Triple eight makes excellent gear. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate their stuff is worth every penny!
