Like many of you, I always hated the idea of wearing protective gear. It always felt bulky and in-the-way. That said... I've begun distance skating in a group here in Seattle, and got lots of side-eyes and "where's your gear?" from folks. So, under peer pressure, I took a gander at what others were wearing so I could go home and order my own gear - And at least 90% of folks were wearing Triple 8.
I got a deep cover helmet and a kit of pads and... I have to say, I'm not only unbothered by the gear, but it's comfortable and makes me more confident inline skating. Stoked to start using this for skateboarding, as well.

Loved it. Fit perfectly. Bery big head friendly. Ans he has a lot of hair. We were adraid initially before we ordered. But my son is pleased. He skates EVERY day!
I bought 2. One for my son and myself. My son loves his. Nice snug fit. I was in between sizes so I went up to a large but still is on the tight side front to back. I used the fit kit to get it as good as I could but it could go down one more size on the front and rear pads for me. I’m sure it will wear down over time. Other than that we love them.
