RD Bumsaver Padded Shorts

Defiantly work's and is comfy better than breaking your tailbone

I started skating in 1978. Pads were not very comfortable or protective. Flash forward to 1984 and was wearing Rectors. But no hip pads (Skate Rags)
In 1987 at a Juniors/ AM vert contest in Augusta Georgia I got a massive hipper that bruised the periosteum ( tissue that surrounds bone) on the head of the greater trochanter ( head of femur)
It took me out for 4 months.
I wish I had these great padded shorts then!!!!

Padding does not fall on the hip bone in the correct spot. Leaves a gap just where you need the padding. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

Bumsaver provides excellent padding without feeling bulky or restrictive. A++

If only I had these two months ago when I fell on the same hip 7 times in one night attempting a trick at the skate park. My whole left upper thigh from knee to hip was green and deep purple!
